General terms and conditions (GTC)

Arrival
The apartments are ready for you from 15.00 on the day of arrival. If the rooms are ready before that, we will be happy to provide you with the room earlier.

Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am. If you still want to use the day, please let us know, if possible you can deposit your luggage in the house.

Deposit / Billing / Reservation
Depending on the booking model (cancellable/non-cancellable), the reservation is binding as soon as any free cancellation period has expired. In case of “no cancellation” (special rate) the reservation is binding after receipt. Payment must always be made by the day of departure.

Parking spaces

Around the hotel there is a short term parking zone with costs on weekdays. In the immediate vicinity there is an underground parking garage for which a fee is charged.

Single prices are per room/night. Package prices refer to their contents. Status August 2022. Misprints and errors excepted despite careful checking.

Cancellation

up to 1 month before arrival free
up to 2 weeks before arrival day 40 % of the total room rate;
up to 3 days before the day of arrival 70 % of the total room rate;
from 3 days before the day of arrival 100 % of the total room price

CORONA

Should the following situations occur, you can of course cancel free of charge until the day of arrival:

Travel warning for the whole of Austria or Salzburg with quarantine regulations
Border closure
Local “lock down” of the region
when booking in connection with skiing and the operation of the Gastein mountain railroads must be stopped

Tourism tax: per person and night € 1,75 (children up to 15 years are free)
